About this event
The 2026 Shin-Soba & Autumn Flavors Festival will be held at the Farm Restaurant Kura in Oaza Hosono, Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture. This festival is an event where visitors can savor flavorful Hosono Soba, mushrooms nurtured by rich nature, and sweetfish (ayu) caught in clear streams. For a participation fee of 3,500 yen, Hosono soba, mushroom dishes, char (iwana), sake, juice, and other items are scheduled to be provided. The capacity is limited to the first 50 people on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating provided. In addition, direct-from-the-farm sales will take place at Hosonomura Kaachan Hiroba from 11:30 AM, where freshly made new soba will also be served for 600 yen without a reservation. Event details are subject to change due to various circumstances.
