The '28th Koga Kanto Do-Mannaka Festival' is an annual festival held every October with the aim of promoting local industry and preserving and passing down folk performing arts. The venue is lively with many mock stalls set up by restaurants, organizations, and corporations. On the first day, stage events such as dance and brass band performances take place, and on the second day, traditional folk performing arts such as ohayashi music are showcased under the title 'Gathering of Folk Performing Arts'. Several parking lots are planned around the venue, but since congestion is expected, using the free shuttle bus running between the venue, Kyosan Denki Co., Ltd., and Sanwa Sekkei Navel Park is recommended.
