Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest 2026

One of the Kanto region's premier craft beer events, 'Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest 2026,' will be held for three days from October 16 to 18, 2026, at Tsukuba Center Square in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. 40 breweries from across the country will gather, offering more than 200 varieties of craft beer. This year's theme is 'beer meets ***,' aiming to create an event that generates new encounters with beer. A wide variety of ways to enjoy beer will be offered, including food pairings, stage events, and hands-on activities. 'Beer concierges' at the venue will suggest glasses tailored to preferences and moods, so even craft beer beginners can enjoy with confidence. Furthermore, to reduce environmental impact, visitors are encouraged to bring their own glasses, and reusable cups are also available. Organized as an 'open beer event' that everyone can enjoy in their own way, it features collaborative projects with Tsukuba University of Technology and sign-language-capable beer concierges.
