'Summer Festival Kururin Mori', held in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is an event perfect for making summer memories. At the venue, you can enjoy Japanese summer traditions such as nagashi somen (flowing somen noodles, from 16:00 until supplies run out), watermelon splitting, and fireworks. In addition, 2 food trucks from Kashima City Chance Lot will open, allowing you to savor diverse gourmet foods such as Takumi soup curry, summer-exclusive keema curry, burritos & tacos, and more. Food trucks are scheduled to open around 12:00. To participate in nagashi somen, watermelon splitting, and handheld fireworks, a participation fee of 500 yen per person is required. Please enjoy a summer moment together with family and friends.
