The Kashima Rediscovery Town Walking Tour: Village of Salt Making, which visits the Tsunoohe district of Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a walking event where you can experience the history and nature of an area where salt making once flourished. The tour visits sites such as the Bunta Choja Mansion Ruins, which evoke the bustle of salt making, the Spirit of Hamanasu standing at the tip of the headland, and the serene Sosui-ji Temple.
