Set against the historical Makabe Castle Ruins, 'Water Gun Battle 2026 in Makabe Castle Ruins', perfect for summer, will be held. This event is designed for elementary, junior high, and compulsory education school students, making it an ideal plan for creating summer vacation memories. In the main water gun battle, heated contests will unfold, including team tournament matches and a battle royale to decide the strongest player. Water guns are provided by the organizers, so participants can join empty-handed without hassle. Furthermore, in the armor ('yoroi') try-on experience worn by samurai of the Sengoku period, participants can dress up as warlords and take photos. In addition, there is a feeding experience for 'Momo' and 'Baagu', the weeding goats at the Makabe Castle Ruins, offering a unique opportunity exclusive to this event. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following day. Participation is free, but capacity is limited to 20 participants (first-come, first-served). Please take precautions against heatstroke individually, wear clothes that are easy to move in, and bring towels, drinks, and extra clothes to make wonderful summer memories.
