
About this event
This is a craft workshop where participants use nuts, tree seeds, and ribbons to make Halloween decorations, such as Japanese pampas grass mini-broom ornaments and walnut brooches. The workshop is designed for parents and children to enjoy together. Prior application is required to participate. Please apply to the Working Women's House via round-trip postcard or email, specifying the desired course name, address, names of all participants, ages, phone numbers, and occupations. You may also bring an official postcard with your address and name directly to the facility. The application deadline is Monday, August 24, 2026 (must arrive by this date). The fee is 800 yen per pair (300 yen participation fee + 500 yen materials fee), and capacity is 8 pairs (lottery if oversubscribed). Eligibility is open to elementary school students and their parents who live or work in the city. Items to bring are a hand towel and a hydration drink.
