About this event
Held as a cultural event of the 2026 Lifelong Learning Festival, the 'Traditional Performing Arts Festival' brings together traditional performing arts groups from within the town to perform local traditional festival music (ohayashi), taiko drumming, lion dances, and dances. Performers of all ages, from children to adults, will showcase the results of their daily practice, enlivening Ami Town in autumn. It will be held at the Hongo Fureai Center from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with free admission. No advance registration is required, making it easy to experience the region's traditional performing arts.
