Grape Harvesting and Cake Making Class

A Shine Muscat grape harvesting experience and handmade cake making class will be held in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture. You can harvest fresh, sweet Shine Muscat grapes yourself and enjoy making a cake right there. The harvest experience will take place at Hidenori Nozawa's vineyard, and cake making will be conducted in the cooking room of the Ouchi Cultural Center. Transportation is by each participant's own private vehicle. This class is a valuable opportunity to experience the joy of handmade creation while tasting nature's bounty. Participation by children alone is not permitted, but you can make enjoyable memories with family or friends while savoring autumn flavors. The experience fee includes insurance.
