About this event
To commemorate the 140th anniversary of the opening of the Utsunomiya Line (between Utsunomiya and Kuroiso), the "Station-to-Station Hiking: Drawn by Autumn Foliage, Let's Walk Yaita" will be held starting from Yaita Station. This event is free of charge and requires no advance reservation. A hiking course around the station is prepared so visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yaita during the autumn foliage season. Held as part of the celebrations for the 140th anniversary of JR East's Utsunomiya Line opening, it will be an opportunity to rediscover the region's charm. You can feel the arrival of autumn while walking through the streets of Yaita adorned with colorful autumn leaves.
