Baseball City Kiryu Week Symposium 2026

As part of "Baseball City Kiryu Week 2026," an event aiming at personal and regional development through sports in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, the "Baseball City Kiryu Week Symposium 2026" will be held. In this symposium, sports commentator and former professional baseball player Atsuya Furuta will be welcomed as a special guest, alongside popular YouTuber Tokusan and Miki Umehara, Senior Managing Director and COO of Kyushinkai Foundation, among other speakers. Discussions on the future of Japanese baseball will take place from a wide range of perspectives, including US-Japan baseball culture, player development, and business. This event aims to communicate the value of sports nationwide and further develop Kiryu's initiatives as a model case for community building through sports. Admission is free, but prior registration is required.
