Ota Campus Festival "Da Vinci Workshop"

"Da Vinci Workshop," held at Gunma University's Ota Campus, is a science event aimed at elementary and junior high school students and their guardians. Befitting Ota, a manufacturing town, it aims to give children dreams through the power of science. Laboratories from Gunma University's Faculty of Science and Technology will exhibit based on their respective areas of expertise, featuring many attractive attractions that adults can also enjoy, such as plastic bottle rockets, giant air cannons, and optical camouflage that makes the body disappear. On the day, "Ota Summer Festival" is also scheduled to be held concurrently. This event will be an excellent opportunity to stimulate children's intellectual curiosity and deepen their interest in science. It can be visited casually by parents and children as participation is free and requires no advance application.
