Held at Togo Park Chichibu Ontake Shrine in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, the Togo Park Autumn Leaves Festival is a festival where visitors can enjoy the beauty of autumn foliage. The peak viewing time is usually from mid-November to early December, with the autumn colors of Japanese maples and other maples spreading across the shrine grounds. In particular, the area around the bronze statue of Fleet Admiral Togo is considered a prime viewing highlight. Illumination is also conducted from November 15 to November 30, 2026 (Reiwa 8). During the festival period, entertainment performances and street stalls line the grounds, bustling with many tourists. Admission during the Autumn Leaves Festival is 100 yen for ages 18 and older. For transportation access, it is a 20-minute walk from Agano Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, or about 20 minutes by taxi from Seibu Railway Hanno Station or JR Komagawa Station. On the day of the Autumn Leaves Festival, a courtesy shuttle bus from Agano Station is also scheduled to run. Access by car is about 20 km from Sayama-Hidaka IC on the Ken-O Expressway. Parking is available for 100 cars, but fees apply during the Autumn Leaves Festival period.
