A commerce and industry festival in Hanyu City held along the pedestrian-only Plaza Street and inside the Citizen Plaza food village. On the special stage in front of Citizen Plaza, a variety of performances will take place, including brass band music, local performing arts, Yosakoi dance, hula dance, singing, and modern dance. In addition, there will be a superhero action show, a Pettan Rally lottery game where collecting four stamps across the venue gives participants a chance to win shopping vouchers or bottled drinks, and a flea market. Viewing is free of charge.
