2026 "Rice Paddy Art" in Gyoda Rice Planting Experience

This is a rice planting experience event for "Rice Paddy Art," which treats the paddy fields of Gyoda City as a canvas to depict pictures and text using rice plants of varying colors. The theme for 2025 is "2025 Rice Paddy Art in Gyoda," and participants in the rice planting event will be eligible for the "Rice Harvesting Experience" scheduled for mid-October. Rice planting volunteers must be junior high school students or older, and participation is free. The rice planting experience has no age limit, and the participation fee is 1,000 yen per person. Both events plan to give rice gifts after the harvest. The rice paddy art is best viewed from mid-July to mid-October, and can be viewed from the adjacent Ancient Lotus Hall Observation Room (Gyoda Tower).
