About this event

Held in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, the "19th Toda Music Festival Interactive Concert: Future Musical Instrument Lab - Learn SDGs Through Music! Let's Make Instruments with Familiar Items♪" is an event where you can learn about the SDGs through music and experience making musical instruments from familiar materials. It will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in the exhibition room of Toda City Cultural Hall. The concert & instrument experience will start at 13:00 and is scheduled to end around 14:10. Following that, an instrument-making workshop will take place from 14:30 to around 15:00. This event provides an opportunity to think about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while experiencing the fun of music. The unique experience of making instruments from familiar items can be enjoyed by a wide range of age groups, from children to adults. The participation fee for the concert & instrument experience is 2,000 yen (tax included) for general admission and 1,000 yen (tax included) for junior high school students and younger. The instrument-making workshop requires a separate participation fee of 500 yen (tax included). The workshop is open to participants aged 3 and older, with children of elementary school age and younger requiring adult supervision. Tickets go on sale starting at 10:00 on Tuesday (national holiday), September 22, 2026, via electronic ticket teket, with no sales at the Cultural Hall counter. Performed by So.
