Held in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, the Manhole Summit in Arakawa & Sewerage Festa 2026 is an event where visitors can fully enjoy the appeal of manhole covers. At the venue, guests can enjoy an exhibition of manhole covers gathered from various municipalities across Saitama Prefecture and a manhole cover rubbing experience (creating designs on tote bags or T-shirts). Stage events will feature the 'Blue Sky Parent-Child Class' led by a weather forecaster and the Manhole Summit's customary relay talk. In addition, the 'Station-to-Venue Manhole Photo Mission,' where participants walk from Toda Station to the venue while taking photos of manhole covers, awards novelty gifts at the finish line. A wide variety of other activities are scheduled, including manhole merchandise sales, an exhibition of all manhole card types, a manhole card game tournament, a sewerage facility walk rally, festival game stalls, inflatable playground equipment, and a local gourmet food corner, with commemorative pin badges prepared for visitors. *Attractions may be canceled due to weather. *Details are subject to change. *No new manhole cards will be distributed.
