Kodomo Cafe Arts & Eats (September): Learning from World Masterpieces

About this event

Held at Kuki City Shobu Cultural Hall, the September program of 'Kodomo Cafe Arts & Eats,' titled 'Learning from World Masterpieces,' provides children with an opportunity to experience the charm of masterpiece paintings. This workshop will explain how to view and enjoy paintings in an easy-to-understand manner, with plans to appreciate works by Renoir in particular. Mr. Hayato Okamura will serve as the instructor. The event is open to 1st through 6th grade elementary school students, with a capacity of 20 participants. Admission is free, but advance registration and a lottery selection are required. After the event, takeout curry rice will be provided. It will be a valuable experience aimed at allowing children to engage with culture and arts, and communicate with artists through food.
