In the Performance Section of the '21st Ki no Kuni Tokigawa Festival Cultural Festival' held in Tokigawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, stage performances such as singing, musical performances, and dancing will take place. Aimed at residents and workers in the town, this event serves as a platform to present cultural activities and aims to promote local culture and exchange. Participants have the opportunity to showcase the results of their daily practice. The performance section will be held on the special arena stage at the Sports Center (Seseragi Hall) on Sunday, November 1, Reiwa 8 (2026), from 9:15 to 13:15 (scheduled). Time limits are 20 minutes for groups including setup and cleanup, and up to 5 minutes per performance for individuals (1 act per person). Audio sources for performances must be submitted by the rehearsal. In addition, as part of the overall cultural festival, exhibitions of works including paintings, calligraphy, photographs, and handicrafts will also be held at the Sports Center (Seseragi Hall) from Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1, Reiwa 8 (2026). Participation requires attending meetings and cooperating with preparation and cleanup.
