The venue is the Tokigawa Town Athletic Center (Seseragi Hall), located at 148-1 Oaza Sekibori, Tokigawa-machi, Hiki-gun. For public transit access, take the Tokigawa Town local bus bound for Seseragi Bus Center from the West Exit of Musashi-Ranzan Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, and get off at Seseragi Bus Center (immediately adjacent). By car, it is about 20 minutes from Higashimatsuyama IC or Ranzan-Ogawa IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway. No prior registration is required.
