Exhibition hours are from 9:00 to 17:00, but on the final day, Sunday, November 1, it will end at 14:30. Open to residents and workers in the town, individuals may submit up to 3 items, and group submissions are adjusted according to application status. Size restrictions apply: paintings must be size 15 or smaller, calligraphy must be hansetsu size or smaller, photographs must be 4-cut size or smaller, and pottery, sculptures, and flower arrangements must be of a size and weight that can fit on a conference table. This cultural festival contributes to promoting local culture by serving as a showcase for local residents' creativity and artistic talent, and providing visitors with the opportunity to experience various works. Cooperation from participants is required for setting up and cleaning up the event.
