About this event
Radio calisthenics for frailty prevention! Held at the Saitama Prefectural Museum of Rivers, "Radio Calisthenics with Everyone" is an event aimed at popularizing radio calisthenics and promoting good health. Soon marking 100 years since broadcasts began in 1928, participants will engage in radio calisthenics both enjoyably and earnestly under the open sky. Learn the correct movements of radio exercises—twisting, bending, and stretching limbs—and take on Radio Calisthenics No. 1 and No. 2. The event welcomes guest instructor Daisuke Suzuki, an NHK TV and radio calisthenics instructor, accompanied by live piano performance by Shu Hozogai, who plays piano for NHK TV and radio calisthenics. This event is also held in support of the Nenrinpic Sainokuni Saitama 2026, making it an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in fitness and frailty prevention. Advance registration is required, with a capacity of 80 participants.
