45th Hibiki Rengo-kai Grand Bon Odori Festival

About this event

This is a grand Bon Odori festival organized by the Hibiki Rengo-kai, showcasing the traditional Choshi Seicho Tairyo-bushi. The venue is the seaside parking lot of Aeon Mall Choshi, and in case of rain, musical instrument performances will take place in the plaza in front of "Sen no Ichi." Visitors can enjoy traditional Bon Odori rooted in the local community on a summer evening. The event starts at 6:30 PM, and admission is free. By car, it is approximately 40 km from the Sawara-Katori IC on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway; by public transit, it is about a 10-minute shuttle bus ride from JR Choshi Station.
