"Asahi Sports Festival 2026" is an event held in Asahi City, Chiba Prefecture, where you can experience a variety of sports. Taking place across multiple sports facilities in the city, such as the General Gymnasium, Bunka no Mori Park, and Sports no Mori Park, a variety of new sports and parasports are prepared for people of all ages to enjoy, including boccia, baggo, ladder getter, bean bowling, soft mölkky, unicurl, beam rifle shooting experience, pegarboule, wheelchair basketball experience, archery shoot, Sports Day Winning Workshop, movement type assessment, bouldering slide, mini-games, kids karate trial class, Bodypump class, and Bosai Sports® (disaster-prevention sports). In particular, advance registration is required for the Sports Day Winning Workshop, kids karate trial class, and Bodypump class, but many other events can be joined on the day. Furthermore, open-access activities such as free admission to the park golf course, muscle strength and body composition measurements, and a bouncy slide can also be enjoyed. The Bosai Sports® held within the venue is also part of a stamp rally, where collecting stamps earns you participation prizes and the right to enter a lottery. It will be a day to deepen bonds and fully enjoy the charm of Asahi City through sports together with family, friends, and coworkers. The "Asahi Disaster Prevention Fair 2026" will be held concurrently on the same day, and Bosai Sports® conducted at the venue will also be included in the stamp rally.
