'Meguru Oto to Picnic' is a music and food event set in the Sodegaura Station plaza, aimed at regional revitalization and community exchange. The concept is 'People, things, sounds, and feelings circulate.' It is held as a market event where local people, shops, and activities meet, creating new connections and opportunities. Over two days, programs themed around 'sound' are prepared so visitors can also enjoy the transition from day into night. The theme for Day 1 is 'Playing with sound. Playing alongside sound.' On a Friday evening where people can easily drop by after work, the night is designed for relaxing freely like a picnic while encountering various sounds and playing with sound. At OTO LAB, visitors can mix sample sounds and enjoy the world of sound created on the spot, while at Recycle Beat, children and adults alike can experience making sounds together using recycled instruments. Candles are arranged throughout the venue to illuminate the space. Day 2 is themed 'Lights turn on. Sounds circulate,' offering a relaxing time filled with eating delicious food, shopping, and enjoying music. A market featuring specialty goods from local shops and creators, as well as genre-crossing, pleasant live music, will enrich the evening. As the sun sets and candlelight flickers, the entire venue is wrapped in warm light, allowing visitors to spend a special time.
