Under the theme of 'Rediscovering Nostalgic yet Fresh Showa', the Katsushika Shibamata Tora-san Museum will hold the '4th Shibamata New Wind Festival' during the three-day weekend on Saturday, October 10, Sunday, October 11, and Monday (holiday), October 12, 2026. Aiming to enjoy the nostalgia of the Showa era with modern sensibilities, the event is packed with activities across generations, including music, dance, games, and sports. You can enjoy a mini concert by Akira from Finger 5, Shibamata DISCO dancing to nostalgic disco tracks, and a Showa pop show by rising kayo-pop star Kota Okamoto. In addition, the original table-top 'Space Invaders' and a 5m x 5m giant baseball board experience (Universal Baseball) will appear. Furthermore, baked sweet potatoes will be sold by a sweet potato vendor, and TORAsan cafe will serve a limited-edition omurice menu. Please invite your friends and family and come taste the world of Showa at the Katsushika Shibamata Tora-san Museum.
