42nd Katsushika Ward Industry Fair: Agriculture and Traditional Industry Exhibition

About this event

The "Agriculture and Traditional Industry Exhibition" is held as part of the "42nd Katsushika Ward Industry Fair ~ Katsushika, A Treasure Box Weaving the Future ~," aimed at introducing Katsushika Ward's industries to residents, deepening understanding of local industries, and fostering interaction between industry and residents. At this exhibition, visitors can enjoy vegetable quizzes and rice scooping organized by Tokyo Smile Agricultural Cooperative, as well as a gift raffle from Shinto Village, Gunma Prefecture. In addition, traditional craft experience workshops by the Katsushika Traditional Craft Craftsmen's Association will be conducted, including coloring Christmas trees, making Kozami Chinton, stenciling patterns on fabric bags, making Edo tortoiseshell netsuke, silver ring making, and brass netsuke making. Furthermore, a meet-and-greet with Katsushika Social Welfare Council character "Aena-chan," giveaways of original council goods, a bicycle simulator experience by Tokyo Smile Agricultural Cooperative (Saturday only), a disaster prevention experience corner by Honda Fire Station of Tokyo Fire Department (Saturday only), and a Kochikame Memorial Museum Mobile Police Box by the Katsushika Ward Tourism Division (Sunday only) will appear, offering content for a wide range of generations to enjoy.
