'TOKYO DOGS’ RUNWAY' is a live dog entertainment event where pet dogs and their owners take center stage. It will make its debut within 'TOKYO outside Festival' held at Showa Kinen National Government Park from Saturday, October 24 to Sunday, October 25, 2026. Based on the concept of 'entertainment where both dogs and owners can be the main stars,' the event features a specially constructed runway to walk with dogs alongside various stage programs. Planned and operated by professionals from the entertainment industry, it redefines conventional dog events, aiming for a live event where not only dogs and owners but also spectators can enjoy together as one. On the main special runway, dogs and owners walk the red carpet while being photographed by professional photographers. In addition, the 'TOKYO DOGS’ AWARD (tentative title)' popularity vote by visitors will be conducted, with selected dogs and owners being awarded. Beyond the runway, dog lover Rena Yoshida serves as MC, along with various interactive contents to enjoy all day, such as an original illustration experience booth by SNS-popular illustrator Pizza Kozo, a bingo tournament with luxurious prizes, training lectures on dog obedience and oral care by experts, and seasonal photo spots. It is a new style of dog festival where visitors can enjoy not only 'watching,' but the entire day spent with their dogs through 'playing, learning, running, photographing, and interacting.' Admission is free, although some contents such as the runway require a fee.
