KICHIJOJI STREET PICNIC 2026

About this event

"KICHIJOJI STREET PICNIC 2026" is a one-night-only street event held along Kichijoji Park Road and the temporary open space at the South Exit of Kichijoji Station. In the Local Market Area, where local shops and neighborhood merchants gather, foods, drinks, and miscellaneous goods are sold to rediscover the charm of the area. In the Kids Area, games and an animal petting corner that children can enjoy will appear, providing a relaxing space for the entire family. In the Picnic Area, tables, chairs, and picnic mats are provided so visitors can bring takeout items to enjoy food, drinks, and socializing. The event starts at 3:00 PM, and from 7:30 PM, Park Road transforms into a picnic venue, offering a special experience outside the ordinary Kichijoji. In case of rain, it will be postponed to the following day, Sunday, October 4.
