Gotenchi Night Park: Playing with the Stars in the Night Plaza

About this event

"Gotenchi Night Park" will be held at the Kokushikan and Ieyasu Goten Historic Site Plaza, where visitors can leisurely enjoy the starry sky. At the event, you can experience a journey exploring celestial bodies projected onto a 4-meter diameter sphere at the Moon Theater, accompanied by commentary from Dr. Flare. In addition, at the stargazing session hosted by the Fuchu City Kyodo-no-Mori Museum's mobile astronomical observation vehicle "Pegasus II," you can observe seasonal celestial objects using telescopes. Furthermore, there will be workshops to build and launch original rockets, constellation coloring activities, and a word rally where participants search for hidden letters around the venue to complete words. Those who complete the word rally will receive 200 Fuchu Pay points and snacks. The historic site area will be beautifully illuminated, with food trucks and a kids' space available, offering plenty of programs that can be enjoyed all day long by both children and adults. Admission is free with open entry and exit on the day, so feel free to drop by.
