Oyamada Sakuradai Danchi PLAY DAY! 2026

About this event

Oyamada Sakuradai Danchi PLAY DAY! 2026 is a family-friendly event held at Oyamada Sakuradai Danchi, designed around the concept of a park-style housing complex. Visitors can experience various activities while enjoying the scenery of residential buildings surrounding a vast park, trees, and a pond. The venue features large inflatable play equipment where children can play freely, as well as festival stalls with ring toss, archery, and more. In addition, Machida City's mobile library "Soyokaze-go" will visit to host picture book and kamishibai storytelling sessions. Food trucks offering delicious food will also be open, allowing visitors to enjoy meals on the pleasant lawn plaza. Furthermore, an opportunity to learn about safety knowledge while having fun through a crime prevention and traffic safety quiz will be provided. There is also an introduction corner for UR rental housing to showcase the complex's charms. At the Yorimichi Plaza, an Utagoe Plaza will be held where everyone sings Showa-era pop songs together, and Oberlin University students will hold a smartphone consultation session at the meeting hall. Packed with content, it offers a full day of fun for the whole family.
