The handmade summer festival 'Komae Festival (Koma-Fes) 2026,' organized primarily by volunteers from Komae City, will be held. This year, a new venue has been established at the south exit of Komae Station, featuring plenty of events across all 4 venues for all generations to enjoy. The Senryuji Temple venue will host the 'Komae Summer Festival,' where festival stalls line up to provide a nostalgic atmosphere for families. The Mebius Infinity Ekimae Plaza venue will present 'KOMAE BEER FESTA,' bringing together craft beer breweries from inside and outside the city as well as local eateries to create a summery atmosphere for adults. The Izumi-no-Mori Street venue will offer 'Komae StreetTerrace / Children's Plaza,' and the Komae Station South Exit venue will launch new activities under 'KomaeSouth Square.' It will be two days unique to Komae to mark the end of summer. The warm, homey local atmosphere is welcoming, with many regulars expressing their anticipation every year, and the excitement of simultaneous events across multiple venues is a highlight of summer in Komae.
