Locally handcrafted contents enjoyable for children and adults alike are prepared, incorporating the charms of Kawasaki Station West Exit, such as food stalls by local eateries, a kids' corner, a music performance stage, and a hanachouzu flower-water basin display. This festival is held over two days on Friday, September 25, and Saturday, September 26. In particular, on Friday, September 25, the "3rd Saiwai Amateur Singing Contest" will be held, where 10 groups that passed the preliminary screening will perform at the professional-grade live venue "SUPERNOVA KAWASAKI" to determine the No. 1 best singer in Saiwai Ward. Towards holding the event, the Saiwai Nigiwai Project Executive Committee meets monthly to review implementation details, aiming to enliven the area as a united community. In addition, an After Fest cleanup activity is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, after the event concludes.
