Autumnal Equinox Day: Sagami-no-Kuni Ichinomiya Samukawa Shrine Ley Line Experience Tour

On Autumnal Equinox Day, a special ley line experience tour will be held at Sagami-no-Kuni Ichinomiya Samukawa Shrine. Why not spend a day feeling the mysterious power of the sun along the "Path of the Sunrise (Goraiko-no-Michi)"? Two types of tours are available to choose from: "Course A: Kantakesan Shinen Garden Admission & Grounds Guide" and "Course B: Grounds Guide". Both courses include formal worship and purification rites at the Main Hall (Gohonden), as well as receiving an Autumnal Equinox Day exclusive "Goraiko Mamori" amulet. Course A also includes entrance to the sacred Kantakesan Shinen Garden and a visit to the Hotoku Museum. A guide will explain the history of Samukawa Shrine and the ley line in detail while guiding you around the grounds. Autumnal Equinox Day is a special day when the sun rises due east of Samukawa Shrine and sets due west (atop Mount Fuji); along the line connecting the sunrise and sunset points of this day lie spiritual power spots such as Samukawa Shrine and Mount Fuji. This tour is a rare opportunity to experience the sun's energy on such a special day.
