Nakai Town Inokuchi Tree Thinning Activity [11th Citizen-Participation Forest Building]

About this event

This is an event where participants use tools such as saws to clear and thin unwanted trees and brush. With a pleasant sweat mountain work difficulty level, it is also recommended for first-time participants in forest-building activities. Please note that there are no restrooms at the activity site. Thinning work is conducted in the morning, and after lunch, participants return by bus to Hadano Station for dismissal. The capacity is 100 people on a first-come, first-served basis with advance registration required. Applications open on August 1. The event may be postponed or canceled due to rain, poor ground conditions, etc. Information regarding whether the event will be held will be announced on the Kanagawa Trust Midori Foundation website, a recorded phone message the previous day, and the official X (formerly Twitter) account.
