About this event
"Health Festa Aikawa 2026," held in Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, is an event that promotes local residents' health and provides an opportunity to reassess one's own health through wellness activities. Held on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at the Kenko Plaza, it will take place concurrently with the "Furusato Matsuri." It runs from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (reception for each booth closes at 2:30 PM), with no advance reservation required. At the venue, you can experience various health measurements, including skin age measurement, Veggie Check (estimated vegetable intake measurement), autonomic nerve check, vascular age measurement, AGEs (advanced glycation end-products) measurement, Kenko ai-chan (a device that visualizes body and mind), body composition measurement, hemoglobin level measurement, bone health check, and blood pressure measurement. In addition, there are plenty of hands-on programs such as a chewing check gum experience (ages 4 and up), e-sports, hand-washing check, dietary improvement booth, mouth exercises, Aikawa Refresh Health Gymnastics, Healthy Tummy Gymnastics, and a dietary education corner. Dental and general health consultations for both children and adults are also available. Displays featuring health information and introducing the activities of health promotion committee members will also contribute to raising health awareness throughout the community. At the event, the first 800 visitors who participate in at least one booth on each floor from the 1st to the 3rd floor of Kenko Plaza will receive commemorative gifts (insulated beverage cases and an Aikawa recipe collection). Children will receive a commemorative gift by participating in 3 booths. Many partner organizations are participating to offer a diverse range of health-related services.
