"Water Festival de Marche," held within the "Shogawa Water Festival," a summer tradition in Shogawa Onsen Village, is an event aimed at revitalizing the local community and creating lively energy. The venue is the fountain square area of Shogawa Water Memorial Park in Shogawamachi Kanaya, Tonami City, and it will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 9:00 to 15:00 (will proceed in light rain). At this market, various vendors gather to provide visitors with an enjoyable time. Vendors will be charged a basic vendor fee of 2,000 yen plus 10% of sales on the day. Setup is possible from 7:30 to 8:30, and cleanup is from 15:00 to 16:00. Business operations aligned with the purpose of the event are required; foods with severe smoke or odor, items not approved by the public health center, and other items deemed by the organizer to not match the atmosphere cannot be exhibited. Vendors' cooperation is required for venue preparation and cleanup. In case of stormy weather or strong winds, the decision to hold the event will be made by 17:00 the previous day, and the organizer will contact participants in the event of cancellation.
