Sunwell de Festa 2026 will be held at Nyuzen Town Health Exchange Plaza Sunwell in Toyama Prefecture. On the day, a lecture and demonstration titled 'What Kind of Salt Do You Use? Starting an Optimal-Salt Lifestyle by Learning the Role of Salt' by Senior Pro Vegetable Sommelier Miya Tanaka will take place at 11:00, introducing what you should know about salt before starting a low-sodium diet and how to enjoy delicious vegetables (includes tasting, first 40 people). At the health measurement corner, you can check your health condition with a 'Vegetable Intake Visualization Meter' that measures vegetable intake from just your fingertips, bone density tests, and blood circulation checks. In the Food Education SAT System experience, you can plan a single meal menu together with dietary improvement promoters to check nutritional value and meal balance. The Delicious Food Corner will feature sales of local vegetables, sweets, takoyaki, cotton candy, popcorn, and fresh wood ear mushrooms (kikurage). Fun activity corners including mini-tomato scooping and esports experiences will also be available. In addition, there will be various activity introductions and exhibits such as saltiness taste checks, recreational activities, Lively 100-Year-Old Gymnastics, cancer screening awareness, balloon art, handmade toys, tuberculosis prevention awareness, and a community nursing corner. At Gratiner, 'Nyuzen-grown Chunky Roasted Vegetable and Chickpea Tomato Curry' (limited to 30 servings) will be offered as a special exclusive menu, with salads featuring Nyuzen Umashio homemade dressing sold separately. A health point raffle will also be held for those who have collected 100 points through medical checkups and health-promotion activities.
