About this event
The '39th Tsubata Regatta,' held in Tsubata Town, Ishikawa Prefecture, is a competition featuring 500-meter races across various divisions using five-person 'knuckle four' rowing boats. Knuckle four boats rarely capsize, allowing anyone to casually take on the challenge. On the day before the regatta, a selection trial will also be held to determine the crew dispatched to the 35th All Japan Municipal Exchange Regatta Kitakata Tournament. In the Fureai Boat Classes, held over a total of 4 scheduled dates leading up to the competition, participants can experience knuckle four rowing. Please invite your family, friends, coworkers, or sports clubs and join in.
