About this event
"AkaReeT 2026: A Dream World Invited by Sound and Wishes" is a magical event combining light and art held in Tsubata Town, Ishikawa Prefecture. Organized by the Youth Division of the Tsubata Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it is held as part of initiatives to promote the charms of Tsubata Town. Set against the solemn and elegant backdrop of Kurikara Fudoji Temple Nishinobo Ho-o-den, 800 sky lanterns will float into the night sky, offering visitors a special moment filled with emotion and smiles. At this event, along with the release of sky lanterns, visitors can experience a dreamlike world woven together by sound and wishes. Ticket purchase is required for admission to the venue and parking. Ticket sales launch dates and further details are scheduled to be announced at a later date. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase sky lanterns and helium gas, cover venue setup and event operation costs, and deploy security guards. In past editions, many visitors experienced profound emotion.
