The 5th Monotsukuri Fes: Plastic Models Now!

About this event

The '5th Monotsukuri Fes' is a scale model event held at Yamanashi Plaza in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Under the theme 'Plastic Models Now!', it offers opportunities to touch, make, and view craftwork, such as parent-child scale model classes and diorama experience workshops. There are plenty of corners that beginners can enjoy, including plastic model assembly experiences, Mini 4WD classes, and wooden assembly kit crafting experiences. Guest instructor Tomoe Ogoshi will participate, and a highlight is the scale model exhibition by the model club 'Rouganz' hosted by Koji Ishizaka. Model manufacturers such as Plamo Kojo link, Cavico, and MIMODEL as well as local companies will open booths, and painting experience corners will also be provided. Admission is free, no application is required, and anyone can participate. It is an ideal event for summer vacation independent crafting projects and scale model experiences.
