Shinshu Ina Shin-Soba Festival

About this event

A new soba festival held in Ina City, which is said to be the birthplace of Shinshu soba. Using 100% "Shinshu Ina Premium Soba" grown at an altitude of 850 meters or higher, you can taste three types of soba prepared by master soba chefs: seiro soba, kake soba, and gyoja soba. You can also enjoy sales of seasonal vegetable tempura, buckwheat noodle making demonstrations by master soba chefs, and soba tasting comparison contests. It is an event that promotes the deliciousness of freshly harvested new buckwheat noodles both inside and outside the prefecture.
