35th Shinshu Azumino Takigi Noh

The "35th Shinshu Azumino Takigi Noh" will be held at the Akashina Ryumonbuchi Park Noh Stage in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture. This is an auspicious annual Noh performance where you can experience the profound and subtle world of Noh while feeling the breeze blowing across the Sai River. The program includes the [Han-Noh] performance of "Nonomiya Gassho-dome" featuring Living National Treasure Kinya Hosho, and the [Noh] play "Funa Benkei: Zengo no Kae." In addition, Mayuto Aoki will perform in the [Mai-bayashi] piece "Tenko Banshiki," and Sengoro Shigeyama will appear in the [Kyogen] performance, presenting a diverse lineup of programs. In case of rain, it will be held at the Akashina Gymnasium Noh Stage. Access is convenient, located a 10-minute walk from JR Akashina Station, and shuttle bus services are also scheduled to operate from JR Akashina Station, JR Toyoshina Station, and JR Hotaka Station.
