This festival is an event where visitors can fully experience the charms of Takamori Town through hospitality food made with local ingredients and stalls from friendship cities. The theme is Halloween, with the venues decorated in Halloween style and visitors welcomed to wear costumes. Halloween-themed activities are planned, and the grand finale will feature geyser-style ground fireworks. Food, beverage, and merchandise vendor stalls are also being recruited at a booth fee of 2,000 yen per booth. The application deadline is Monday, August 31, 2026, for the application form, pledge, and consent form, and Tuesday, September 15 for other required documents.
