Forest Therapy Road Walk with a Doctor

Held in Agematsu Town, Nagano Prefecture, "Forest Therapy Road Walk with a Doctor" is an event recommended for those interested in forest therapy or those who want to experience forest therapy without needing a doctor's medical consultation. Dr. Shigeki Kumeda, Honorary Director of Nagano Prefectural Kiso Hospital, will accompany the walk and explain the effects of forest therapy and the latest research trends. It is held from 10:30 AM to around 2:00 PM, and the participation fee includes the lunch cost. Capacity is on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 15 participants, with a minimum required group size of 2 people. After registration opens at the Therapy Experience Hall, health checks, walking, and forest bathing will take place, followed by a bento box lunch. An experience enjoying the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls is also scheduled for the afternoon. A separate parking fee applies for those arriving by private car.
