About this event
A customary event that exhibits, sells, and introduces food products produced in the Hida region to the general public. Flavors from hometown Gifu gather together, including Hida beef skewers, salt-grilled iwana (char) and amago (red-spotted masu trout), midarashi dango (soy sauce glazed rice dumplings), and gohei mochi. It is a great opportunity to get to know each shop's prideful flavors, and to enjoy discovering nostalgic tastes as well as new flavors.
