About this event
This autumn event is held to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the construction of Naegi Castle. The main "Naegi Castle Festival" will be held from 10:00 to 15:00 around the Naegi Castle Ruins and the Naegi Toyama Historical Museum. Additionally, the "Naegi Castle Festival in Rokusai-ichi: Lord Toyama Tomomasa Warrior Procession" will be held in the downtown area of Nakatsugawa City from 10:00 to 11:30, featuring Abareru-kun performing in the role of Toyama Tomomasa. This event celebrates the history of Naegi Castle, which is known for its stone walls skillfully utilizing natural gigantic rocks and its panoramic view from the keep observatory.
