About this event
This Halloween event at River Port Park Minokamo is planned and run by third-year students in the Product Development Course at Tono Jitsugyo High School. Sponsored by local businesses and supported by Minokamo City and River Port Park Minokamo, it aims for regional revitalization and a safe, smile-filled experience for all participants. Designed from children's perspectives to ensure safe and wholesome fun, the program incorporates dance exercises and scheduled hydration breaks. The games are also creatively arranged, incorporating unique ideas only high school students could offer so that costumed children and their parents or guardians can have fun from the bottom of their hearts. Featuring a wide variety of activities including photo spots, costumes, warm-up exercises (dance), the giant-pants relay, a bomb game, a true/false quiz, and a Halloween festival corner (eyeball scooping, ring toss, and treat fishing), the event is packed with creative touches to keep every participant smiling until the very end.
