Through tours of workplaces normally hidden from view and various workshops, both children and adults can experience the joy of craftsmanship. Participating companies offer elaborate hands-on programs: Iwato Industry Co., Ltd. offers smartphone stand crafting and hole-drilling experiences; SWOOD Co., Ltd. offers original board making; and Ohori Polishing Industry Co., Ltd. offers aluminum spoon making along with tours of its vegetable and edible flower factory. At Kameyama Iron Works Co., Ltd., visitors can gain experience on an actual production line; at Kissashitsu Sanmyaku, visitors can make coffee drip bags; and at the Nikke (The Japan Wool Textile Co., Ltd.) Gifu Plant, visitors can try dyeing mascot sheep. This event serves as a valuable opportunity for citizens to engage with the technology and appeal of local businesses.
