The "8th SAKURA Summer Festival" held in Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, is a family-friendly event perfect for making summer vacation memories. At the venue, visitors can enjoy stage performances including high school student slackline performances and trial sessions, drum and guitar performances by third-year junior high school students, an acoustic married couple duo, saxophone performances, singing performances, and Japanese wadaiko drumming by the Kano Furusato Taiko Preservation Society. A wide variety of activities are also available, such as slackline trials, illustration drawing, bouncy ball scooping, medaka fish scooping, a petting zoo, and chiropractic trial sessions. Furthermore, there are workshops for glowing lanterns, keychains, sticker books, and pouches, along with abundant food and merchandise booths. There is also a perk where collecting 3 stamps on a stamp card allows you to participate in a gacha-gacha capsule toy draw. The event will be held rain or shine, and free parking is available.
